Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped from Santiago, Chile. Our products are handmade, one by one, with meticulous attention to detail—making each creation unique.

Prompt delivery (in stock): Metropolitan Region 2-3 days. Other regions: more than 3 business days.

Custom products: Production time is between 7 and 15 days before shipping.

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
