Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped from Santiago, Chile. Our products are handmade, one by one, with dedication to every detail - this makes each creation unique.

Ready for delivery (in stock): Metropolitan Region: 2-3 business days. Other regions: more than 3 business days

Customized products: Production time between 7 and 15 business days before shipping.

If the product is available, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt.

Conditions: The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The exchange or refund will be approved after product inspection.

IMPORTANT:

Customized products do not allow exchanges or returns. All shipping costs (to and from) are the customer's responsibility.
